■ What is the LCR Circulated Filtration System? |
| The LCR Circulated Filtration System are featured with the recycling of polluted water to fresh water by supplying energy and (-) electrons to water molecule dusters of pollute water as oxidized and grown big in order to miniaturize and deoxidize the water molecule dusters, and simultaneously preventing the fish diseases in advance taking advantage of excellent nitrous acid and ammonia decomposing functions. Further, the cooling/heating cost and boiler maintenance service cost can be greatly reduced by using the recycled water and at the same time, the farming operation can be continued with no burden even when the intaking of seawater is not possible due to the typhoon and red tide raids. The installation of LCR Circulated Filtration System is so simple as all the processes of circulating and filtration system are integrated in one LCR Unit, enhancing the space utilization by saving the space occupied. Once installed, the LCR Circulated Filtration System requires no services such as filter replacement or backwash, saving those costs with labor as the treated water and sludges can be automatically separated and discharged thanks to the fully automated system operation, resulting in the highest effect versus price paid. |

| 1. Configuration
LCR Circulated Filtration System is configured with
Polluted water purification system primarily purifying the polluted water, as connected to the polluted water feed-in pipe, of which both of above purification system and pipes are vertically installed inside the system unit - Internal Tank removing the sludges and foreign materials contained in the water primarily purified by discharging it through the pores of Screening Mesh, as radially formed at the outside perimeter of column, and simultaneously discharging the sludges and foreign materials out through the sewage discharge pipe installed at the top end of system body unit by supplying air to the Primary Purified Water through the air injection pipe installed around the above mentioned outside perimeter of column and allowing the sludges and foreign materials floating on the water surface - External Tank contained with the above Internal Tank inside, receiving the purified water as removed of sludges through the pores of Screening Mesh, allowing the purified water rise up in spiral flow through the Spiral Flow Pipe installed in helix form at the outside perimeter of Internal Tank so that the purified water can be discharged through the Purified Water Discharge Pipe as installed at the top side of Internal Tank. 2. Polluted Water Purification System is installed with the tourmaline unit, cerium unit, samarium unit and photocatalyst unit allowing contacting in turn with the flowing polluted water, so that the magnetic force can be vertically penetrated through the flowing polluted water from outside, by aligning the Flow Pores reciprocally connected inside centers of above units and installing the screws in each center of Flow Pores to pass the polluted water fast through the Flow Pores converting the polluted water into purified water. The purified water passing the above Flow Pores is mixed with air through the Air Feed-in Line vertically installed against the lines of Flow Pores and then sprayed out containing air bubbles through the Discharge Outlet. |
