Sewage & Waste water treatment

■ Product features

- Generates fine air bubbles of the size of about 0.1~0.3㎛
- The oxygen saturation concentration of 125%
- Maximizes the flotation of suspended particles
- Substantially increases the air dissolution
- Remarkably increases the treatment efficiency and the treated water quality
- No need of compressor or other equipment which simplifies the process
- Reduces the processing time
- Reduces the installation space and the power cost
- Easily can be applied to the existing processes
- Can be operated by non-skilled people

■ Problems with existing methods

- Generates fine air bubbles of the size of about 30~80㎛
- The air bubble generating system takes up about 50% of the total operation cost
- Much energy is consumed in maintaining the pressure of the pressurized tank
- The size of the air bubble is mainly dependent on the applied pressure
- Large fluctuation of the treatment efficiency
- Defective quality of the treated water
- Only skilled operator can operate it because of its pressurized storage tank
- Multi-staged and complicated subsidiary equipments

■ Mechanism of the nano-micro bubble generation

nano-micro bubble generation ① Circulating water and air inflow into the reaction unit
② They are changed to the spiral flow because of the flow path
    of the spiral type
③ The liquid that was separated due to the powerful centrifugal
force collides to the processes of a mushroom shape,
    creating bubbles of 0.1~0.3㎛ size
④ Ultrasonic waves of more than 40KHz are generated in the
reaction unit, which contributes to the reaction

■ Description of the process of the nano-micro bubble method

nano-micro bubble method ① Partial inflow of treated water
② The mixture of air and inflow water is supplied by the
    pressurizing pump
③ The bubbles of the size of 0.1~0.3㎛ are generated by the
    nano-micro bubble generator
④ Mixing reaction of the nano-micro bubbles and the suspended
    particles in the water
⑤ Removes suspended particles that are floated to the surface
    due to bubbles
⑥ Drains the treated water

- Bubble generation is greatly influenced by
  the water temperature and seasons
- Complicated facili
- Since the undissolved air doesn't stay,
  there are no abrupt surges
- Bubble generation is not influenced by the

■ Characteristics of the nano-micro bubble method

· The alternative system to increase the pollutant removal efficiency of the existing cohesion deposition method
  - Comparison of processing time: Cohesion deposition method : 2~4 hours / DAF method : 20~30 minutes
  - Removes fine particulates that are impossible to remove with the existing cohesion deposition method
  - Remarkably removes waterweeds, odor, oil, synthetic detergent , iron and magnesium that are impossible to remove
with the existing cohesion deposition method
· An alternative to improve the pollutant removal efficiency of the existing DAF system
· A complementary system to improve the pollutant removal efficiency of the existing water treatment facility
· A pre-treatment system to solve the pollutant overload of the existing water treatment facility
· A graywater system to reuse as process water through re-processing of the drained water
· A system that minimizes the required facility and site in accordance with new installations or the replacement
 of water treatment facility

150 OXYGEN WATER SYSTEM, the new patent technology of Negatron, purifies water and produces drinkable water.
It is designed so that clean water of under 10ppm TDS can be used for a boiler (or water heater) and water for daily life
using the separation membrane of the primary reverse osmosis. To enable to drink pure water produced using the reverse
osmosis separation membrane, the mineral housing is installed so that minerals could flow out.By applying reduction
technology and micro water molecule cluster using our patent technology Nono-Fresh, the concentration of O₂in H₂O
can maintain more than 100ppm so that it can always provide drinkable water with lots of MINERAL OXYGEN (100ppm).
